What are the per diem terms?
Longer stays get discounted. Discounts reflect as savings against your per diem.
Roommates share costs and expenses. With more roommates comes additional savings that reflect as savings to your per diem rates. Guests discover that sharing a house provides all that any hotel could including a private room, but the savings can be enormous!

all stays, short-term or mid-term are lease-free.

The Sunray Home has a pool, the Patron Home does not have a pool
Both homes have grills and nice large back yards with tables and chairs for barbeque dinning
Both homes include kitchens, laundry, internet, tv's, off-street parking, and all the amenities you would find at a hotel and more.
